• Help to bring finance function inhouse, putting new systems in place & ongoing support. we can implement & train on various software packages incl. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks

• Invoicing/billing process, credit control & cash flow management

• Manage payroll function

• Monthly Accounts & KPIs

• Bookkeeping to preparing yearend account, VAT & Companies House , HMRC fillings.

• Assist with raising funds for new projects & preparation of financial forecasts
